At Moonlit Glassworks, each item is hand crafted carefully package and prepare for every order. As a small buisness All purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you love the piece before purchase.

If your order has already been processed and shipped we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or other reasons unrelated to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you have any questions about an item before placing your order, please reach out to us. We're happy to help with questions about sizing, colours, materials, or other product details so you can feel confident in your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please email hello@moonlitglassworks.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

Because all sales are final, refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a refund is an appropriate resolution for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
